Workshops & Training
The goal of providing Mental Health Workshops and Trainings is to help educate our community on mental health issues; empower them to utilize helping skills and proactive wellness practices; reduce the stigma towards mental health through promotion of a community of care; understand nuances of cultures and introduce resources for mental health for our community. Research shows that the increased success rates for veterans, support to military members & their families is primarily through community involvement and access to resources.
